Three observations:

(1) I like his argument about the possibility of a display error, although it will be hard to prove since the casino controls the software;

(2) He may well fight it to his death, but something tells me neither he nor his estate will see a judgment in his favor;

and

(3) Think how much worse his situation would be if instead of going to a casino he went to an unregulated internet cafe. He wouldn't even get the meal ticket then.
