I got one of those from my son, he played Texas Hold'em in the Poker Room at Santa Fe Station, and he told me than you had to accumulate an amount of hours of play time at any Station Casino to qualified, I believe than you can buy in to enter too, he (my son) played for free.
The Tournament was played at Texas Station, and the last 100 remaining players, they'll got one of those, my son end up # 92 and won $1,000 and I got the Token, April 2007.
