Yes Mike it sure does. The cards were made for a casino with all the tell tale signs. They have the standard casino box and are made of Alpha paper which is what some casinos call for from Gemaco. They only made Tradition and Alpha paper for casinos to use at table games. The Traditional I like better for playing with as it is a linen finish similar to the Bee USPCC cards. The Alpha paper is way too stiff for me but very smooth. Why some casinos like this card I have no idea. They could have made them for a private party but advertising cards that I have bought, and I have bought them by the thousands from them never were made of Traditional or Alpha Series, only casinos. My best guess is an early Indian Casino that closed in short time which some of them did. Gemaco did make many cards for smaller Indian Casinos throughout the Midwest States years ago.
