Paul Cunningham published a two volume set for Military Club Tokens (that also list military club chips as well).

Volume I covers bases in the United States
Volume II covers overseas bases.

Both books are about 400 pages each, hard covered, and offered from time to time on Ebay. They go for about $50 each. If you need help in acquiring either of the Cunnignahm books, I can help.

Earlier publications were done by James J. Curto and catalog number are often used as well as the more current Cunningham numbers. There are some specialized publications for specify areas as well. Curto books are also offered from time to time as well.
