Nice. Great price (A LITTLE HISTORY) grin
In Response To: for sale Floridian 25 Crest & Seal for sale ()

One day while attending my table at an earlier convention of ours, someone walks up to me saying... "I have a chip like that (pointing to my 50s), but it's a 25..." It had two mounting holes.

Later, the chip was sold at a private auction for $705. It was the only one known at the time (except for the one in Howdy's photos). vbg

I think the "1" still remains the rarest of the lot; while 4 examples are known in their original state of preservation and two being drilled.

The first of my four "1" chips sold for approx. $600 and the next at $1000, then $1750 and the last at $3000.

I, too, have not seen or heard of any other "25" examples being offered.

What's your estimate on the box [100 chips] of 10s
What of the 100 denom?
Re: What of the 100 denom?
I think the bulk of 100s - 25s were sold via eBay.
