Good thing you sent it to resolution (as non-paying buyer) ... by doing so, the buyer can't leave you feedback. You can't leave negative feeback ... been that way for over a year on eBay.ca and now with all eBay sites. BUT, even if you can't mark it negative or nuetral ... mark it postive and just state in large letters: WARNING: NON PAYING BUYER. (nothing more, nothing less). And block them from being able to bid from you again. Not perfect, indeed ... but at least something one can do with the set-up eBay now has for its feedback section.
