Their is a Casino in T.J. across the border from

San Diego. I played poker 2-3 times a week at Pechanga a year ago, this very light skined Mexican spoke great English and Spanish. He lived in the area. He often spoke about going down to T. J. on the weekends and played a lot of sports, often showed me his winning tickets. He would cash the next weekend. One day I told him I was a chip collector. He said their was a casino in T.J., I said no way illegal in Mexico. He said he had been in the casino, I said maybe slots only, he replied no way, table games. I said I'll go down and check it out. He advised Americans not allowed, I would never get in. Also, said no sign on the front entrance. I asked him if he could get me some chips, said impossible, if caught stealing chips, he would end up dead. So I was not sure he was telling the truth, but reading this post, it now makes sense. If true I'd like to bribe some Mexican, and teach him how to harvest. Are their any records of chips made and being shipped to Mexico? Any info. out their, on this subject?
