Bit torrent is no different than the file sharing lawsuits over the years. The movie owner unfortunately is probably in the right but forcing him to sue would be the better option because you know he is not going to follow thru. And even if he did win so long as you were not resending the movie you might have minimal liability. Tough situation to be in.
