You mention (as others have mentioned thru the years) that we should go after and continue to go after sellers who make these with the purpose of misleading collectors. I agree, but what about the sellers who make these and who have no intention of misleading anyone... What have we, as a club, suggested they do in order for the unsuspecting (general public who might be buying these as gifts) since not a one of the chips illustrated in the lead post is marked "replica" in any way, shape or form...?
It may be too late in respect to including casino chips/tokens under the Hobby Protection Act... but is it too late to do anything else as the largest casino collectibles club on the face of the earth -- a 'back-up' sort of, where it's at least documented that we've tried...?
I only ask these questions because I do not know what's being discussed between our BOD members regarding the matter.
