Re: How do you "unwarp" a clay chip - microwave?

There have been several posts thru the years explaining how it's done; some seemed very safe, causing no damage to the chip... and I remember one method where a clamp was used.

I tried each and every way ever explained, but I was never happy with the results. Meaning the chip looked nothing like a chip in its original state when stacked between other chips.

My only suggestion is to leave the warped chip as is while being careful storing it; such as not keeping it in an album where the weight of other pages of chips might cause it to break while turning over a page or several pages.

Which chip would you try to straighten out? Can you show a picture of the warp?
