The Prospectors Club is a private businessmen & professionals club. The movers and shakers in Reno belong(ed) to the club. The original location was the Mape's hotel, when Bill Harrah opened his hotel in Reno 1969 he lured the club to Harrah's. My guess is that the chips were made when the club was located at the Mape's, but the chips could have been brought to the new location at Harrah's when they moved.
