Not sure why there are two $500 in different colors. The movie did not have a lot of scren shots of chips, but the one shot I could capture shows the "pink" $500:

There were "Tangiers Casino" chips made for home poker sets:

If you check now, you can see people selling these chips as actual props from the film - they are not.

In the movie, Robert De Niro played a character named Sam 'Ace' Rothstein. His character was based on a real person, Frank Rosenthal. He survived his Las Vegas adventures and opened a restuaurant in Florida. Thanks to Von for the chip.
