I see that it said for the US buyers: "Shipping: GBP 9.00 Royal Mail International Signed-for". What do you make of that in relation to your post and mine?

Is there PayPal approved on-line tracking from US sent to UK? What would that cost? And can you only do it with expensive postal services like Global Express mail?
