Re: ?? NYC Racino any info ??
In Response To: ?? NYC Racino any info ?? ()

I was there. I made a post about it a few days ago. I drove there the first day, but there were huge lines, and the parking was filled up, so I drove home without going inside. I drove there again a day or two ago, and it wasn't crowded at all. Minimum bet on craps was $5 and roulette $10. I liked the way they had a REAL set of dice and roulette set-up, and all could see the balls/dice bounce about (glass case enclosed), and that result sets off all the electronic signs, pay-off, etc.

Using copy/paste, here is what I had posted before:

I'll probably go to the new Aqueduct [Race Track), Queens, NYC new "racino." Anyone want a free-type souvenier -- like slot machine slips, etc.

New York's first casino has opened to a frenzied crowd after successfully side-stepping gambling laws - by staffing its tables with robots.

The Aqueduct racino - so called because it is connected with the race track in South Ozone Park, Queens - has done away with human dealers in favour of mechanical arms.

It also features 5,000 video gambling terminals and some 200 electronic table games including craps and roulette.

Casino trumps anti-gambling laws by replacing human croupiers with ROBOTS.

Just got back for the Racino. TITO offer is over now. ... .....That girl you see below is just an image on a big monitor., maybe a cartoon. She leans over from time to time "arranging the cards and bets" showing off her cleavage. Went to the new racino at Aquaduct Race Track in Queens NYC. It opened a few days ago. Had all the table games (craps, roulette, black jack, etc.), and played with real dice and balls BUT all done with mechanical electronic machines -- no live dealers, no chips -- all with paper slips.

I won a net of $14. ... ... .. The minimum bet on craps was $5, and the minimum on roulette was $10 total ($5 on
even" bets and $1 on the numbers -- must total $10 or more). There were a number of cash machines to pay off small amounts, but for large amounts on your TITO there was just one cashiers cage with a huge long long line.
