A good part about machines: no tipping

If the racino worked with the state gaming authority to make sure they fit within the law, then this is good. If they worked behind their back because they think they found a loophole, I would get there quickly because in other states the authorities move without warning to shut down activities they believe are illegal. If it is proven illegal, it also could jeopardize the racetrack license.

Does anyone know if the gaming authority has stated that they consider this to be an activity they do not regulate?
