A one-ounce mailer will cost $1.75 to send through PayPal (same price for 2 and 3 ounces). You must select the package/thick envelope rate, and they automatically add delivery confirmation even though packages that thin don't technically qualify for delivery confirmation. There is no cheaper rate available through the PayPal or eBay shipping label system. They do not offer regular first class letter rates.
