I had four coin items for sale with a "buy it now" price. On Item #1 the first person got it. On Item #2 the first bidder got it. On Item #3 the first bidder got it. On Item #4 three people bid the "buy it Price". One bid was at 13:21:02 and each of the other two bids were both at 13:21:09. However, I received a Paypal payment from all three buyers. I would guess I should let the :02 buyer have it and refund the other two people their money. I read that Ebay refunds a portion of the full amount and Paypal refunds a portion. Is this correct. Will they both get all their money back. Will I be penalized some $$ amount? I shouldn't be. Has anyone else ever experienced this before. Thanks for any help.
