I have read about error chips from 4 Queens Limited Edition

The roulette wheel duplicates numbers, both sides of chip same, etc......PLEASE EDUCATE ME

Involving the (Elvira) Roulette Wheel chip....and any other Halloween Four Queens errors

Can anyone tell me what and all of the four queens Halloween chips are error chips and how to tell
