"I think the top right glass is a little crooked"

I recommend just leaving it. I once tried to straighten one and you can guess what happened. Luckily it was one I bought two of. One for Vegas and one for NJ. So I shipped the one in NJ back to Vegas.

Tip. I don't the clips to snug and it gives me a little wiggle room to adjust.
