OFFERS
I
would like to take a few moments on the word offer(s) and to the occasional appearance of this word in my pages. Most folks are cognizant of the meaning and how it applies when a price is not provided at the end of a listing.
However, there may be a few of you that do not. It might be because you are new to the hobby or you are used to other businesses or hobbies that treat it differently.
To me and I may be wrong, but it means:
• A price you may have previously seen.
• A price based on scarcity or rarity.
• A price based on demand
• Not a lowball price to see what flies
• If you are not sure, it is better to just ask for at least the last price it was sold; if the seller has this price he will respond accordingly.
If anyone has any better points to apply to this subject; please let me know, and I will include them in this note. Sincerely Reggie

PRICING
Pricing is an opinion of worth or value. It is always good to be able know exactly how much you should ask for an item. But, pricing is not an exact science.
My pricing structure is always a struggle. Over all I gauge my pricing on these facts:
1) How much I paid
2) How many I have in my inventory
3) The commonness or scarcity of the item
On occasion I must take serious offers, because of unavailable pricing indicators. Again, this is something that individuals do not agree upon. When I am given a lowball price, I tend not to answer the e-mail.
My prices overall, are reduced as time goes by; when the item in question does not sell. In rare instances I will raise an item when something unforeseen happens that causes a scarcity of an item I have.
Your input is always important, should you have any comments on the above, please e-mail me.
Reggie
