London Clubs International (LCI) and the old Aladdin (Planet Hollywood) are now both owned by Caesars. Basically the Aladdin deal with London Clubs almost bankrupted LCI and later on the Planet Hollywood was close to bankruptcy. I also find it interesting that the Planet Hollywood EBITDA was around $27 million before Caesars purchased the property and it is over $100 million. Great deal for Caesars, money for almost nothing.
