Andy, thank you for letting me know about it.

The kids and I spent the day together. In his remembrance we had Sonic food, drank Dr. Pepper, and ate Greg's favorie pie, pumpkin, that Lauren made (her first and she did great!).

I've attached a pic of Lauren on our front porch in the new house, obviously back in July, before everything burned up from the brutal summer heat we had. Wish I had a new one of Robert to post, but alas I don't.

Robert is working nearly full time at the club in Wichita. He's a bar back now (assists the bartender) and is taking an online course to work towards a degree in IT. He thought traditional college classes isn't quite the thing for him right now.

Lauren continues to search for gainful employment. She's applied at lots of places and keeps increasing her search territory, but thus far hasn't had any responses to her resume'. She's been volunteering a few mornings a week at our church to fill in while the search for a new secretary is being done, so she's keeping busy; trying not to get discouraged.

I'm still working part time for the church and am back in school this fall, working towards the bachelor degree. I've had the master bath (which is quite small) in my new home remodeled and it's near completion. Looking forward to having a full sized shower to replace the 3'x3' shower that was there. We like the new home even if it (or perhaps especially!) is smaller.
