Hello all,

I've seen many posts lately and participated in a couple myself where we are entering into a pool or betting chips on the outcome of an even etc. Almost always the stipulation is a $1 or 5$ chip "In good condition"

My question is what is the cut off for good condition? Are chips that are notched considered poor condition? What about chips that are not notched but are dirty (with history) what classification do they fall under?

Just trying to learn!
