These were made by Blue Chip Co when they were tendering for the Wynn contract a year before opening. The contract was of course awarded to GPI.
I am told only 100 chips were made in total, and that Wynn kept about half of those (including, I guess, the lower denoms).
I have between 1 and 3 of each of these. I obtained them at a reasonable price for what they were so am offering them equally reasonably. I would be willing to bet you would never see these offered again any time.
The 'W' and 'Wynn' artwork is from facsimiles of Steve Wynn's signatures, deliberately including different variations.
