it was crowded, but I expected more people. Spent 2 weeks at south lake tahoe, a week in Reno, week in Carson City.
the beaches were packed during the weekends, but less so during the week. Couldnt afford the motel prices in Tahoe City or Crystal Bay area. Headed back there next week for another month, want to check out the Camel races in Virginia City next weekend...and the reno balloon races , along with the Bike show.....also the folks that rent the rafts in Tahoe City make a killing!, so I want to take the 3 mile trip on the Truckee river and the boat ride from Tahoe City to Emerald Bay.
