I won an Ebay auction last week and when the chip arrived, it was broken in 3 pieces, while the other 12 in the packaged were fine. I've obtained over 500 chips from this seller over the years. Do I notify the seller and what would I ask? No insurance on the package and the chip is worth $7 or so.
And what do you use to glue these things back together?
