I've always found them to be very "chip collector" friendly.
I once was in there looking for a $25 chip, but in as nice a condition as possible.
They went so far as to go into their back room in the cage and open up
some un-circulated chips to get me one.
I've never forgotten that.
And the hotel is absolutely one of the nicest places to stay at the Lake.
Too bad it's so damn expensive !!!
