Registered Flat Rate Box ????.
In Response To: I don't think so.... ()

I always thought that for Registered Mail you had to cover the parcel with paper wrap glued down so there are no open seams or plastic tape, etc. If that is true, then how can you use a flat rare box for Registered Mail? (Just wondering. Thanks for the tip about the cheap insurance angle.)
