Are these chips Bakelite, Catlin or Plastic? I tried to burn the RED one, but it only slowly melted, but would not catch on fire or turn Black from the lighter. I also tried to cut the Red one in half with wire cutters, see the edge mark.. I am recovering from Surgery, so maybe I couldn't apply enough pressure to cut it.
