were also made using buttermilk ? I am chatting with a gal who's dad owned a card room in Calif. in the 1970's. The story from the mother way that one of the ingredients to the chips was buttermilk. I have heard that buttermilk was used as a polishing agent many years ago. Not even sure if that is true. Could the buttermilk adding to chips be true ?
