USPC (the curator who assembled the info at our fingertips, today) records show to whom they shipped; quantity, colors which are nothing more than 'production' facts. USPC was not running a textbook operation...

Even as recent as 10-12 years ago, authors from Panama, England and France had called USPC asking for information (other than what was on their affixed lables) which took them several hours to simply find a board with the chips questioned.

There was NO error on anyone's part...
