Becky Binion had all Shoe past issues in the vault when she sold to Harrahs.
Part of the deal was she took them.

One of our club members offered her 1 Million for the chips.
She turned it down.

Some were sold on the home shopping networks.
They are slowly being sold into the hobby.
IMO there are very few if any "RARE" Shoe chips.
