They are Chipco "Pro-Tech II" tokens. Not made anymore. Here are a few other sample color tokens from other manufacturers, including the original Pro-Tech that was used at Ballys. Collectors started to call them chokens, as kind of a joke, since they combine some of the characteristics of a chip and a token. I don't think Chipco ever used that term.

The NCM color tokens on the top row were probably the most practical as they didn't jam the machines up (not much, anyway). The were used at Caesars Palace and Silver Legacy, among other places. They did get ugly pretty fast as the plastic stickers got dented and torn; but then metal tokens get ugly too after a few thousand passes though a machine grin .
