No info on chip maker, but here's some info on Ore-Ida logo on the chip --
Ore-Ida Potato Products formed in 1952, according to their website (Named for Oregon-Idaho ... never knew that!)

Their original logo was redesigned in the late 1960's. The chip shows new logo, so it's got to be late 60's or newer.

There's also a webpage showing sale of these chips in April 2010 ... source listed as an antique store in Idaho.
