Next, we will be asked how many bananas you are allowed to steal from Walmart before it violates the code of ethics.

I don't expect a BOD to have an opinion or position regarding whether or not banana theft is a violation of the club's code of ethics. Walmart bananas have nothing to do with chipping.

But the question as to whether or not the CCGTCC and the BOD's have a position on whether harvesting is or is not ethical? I thought leadership and direction is why we elect leaders.

I won't ask the question on the club's board because I don't want to force the issue, but your cavalier analogy is clumsy at best.
