I have taken several cruises on Royal Caribbean and have never had a problem with getting what I need. I did get a look when I harvested 10 roulette chips but nothing was said. Your biggest problem will be that most of their chips are Chipco's and you will have a hard time finding something not worn or fadded that you would want to take home.
