Hit the GN at 8AM with buddy (fellow AC clubber) Steve Saris and picked up some of the new issues.Pretty cool being there and feeling those brand spanking new chips..A thrill.Steve also was the first to announce the new Harrahs $1 here,so he's been there done that,not my first but this beats the Naples/Ft Myers greyhound track by a mile!
I LOVE these new issues,to each his own I guess,but I see a new branding of the Nugget,while incorporating the AC style of first issues..
The $1 with 4 simple inserts.Have you seen that before? ;)
The $2.50 with 2 large inserts like the Brighton (off the top of my head?)
The $5 retains the distinctive GN red/yellow subtly yet noticable.
The $25 I think is just great,with the small inserts just like many other AC first issue chips..
Love the $100 and the $500 also.
Was everone expecting a different inlay type on each dom or a house mold?
I don't like the new Cosmo/Aria because of the inlay,but they have nothing that jumps out at you like these do.
