Hi, although I am still on the road, will be home in a couple days; I am interested in receiving information on how to:

1) Start a Pay Pal account
2) Not have my friends and international customers pay extra for using the pay pal.
3) Being walked through the procedures of receiving money and sending money...(computer illiteracy is a real handicap)

As I remember, the biggest problem I had when I first started investigating this service was all the layers of information I had to give up and all the forms (windows) I had to fill out to get started...
