I'm mot sure if this MOP plaque has been officially ID'ed. It was recently given to me by a fellow chipper.
While doing some research I found this document on Paris Casinos. Cercle Artistique et Litteraire is listed with the address Rue Volney 7.
Seems like the letters fit to boot. 1000F on the back. Any opinions.
