Chips are about half used half new condition, most LEs are new, all in air-tites, and taped to black paper in this deep black picture frame. Frame can be hung with the clasp attached to the back or will stand up as in picture with kickstand attached to back. I put these together and had several other frames hanging before my son took over my office. There are no cut outs for the chips, you can rearrange on a new sheet of paper if you want.
