I just purchased Offline Pages v 1.4.1 Pro.

This app allows you to download any web pages (or whole websites) including links to your Ipad.

I just downloaded my entire website (some 1927 pages) in about 20 minutes. The website, now on my Ipad, is at least twice as fast as my wifi connection since I don't need an internet connection. The best part is that I can schedule updates so that when I update my website, Offline Pages will automatically update my Ipad.

Just to be sure that I have all my resources, I downloaded several other websites.

The program has no instructions that I could find. However it is so intuitive that it took me about 2 minutes to completely understand how the program works.

My original program Isaveweb forced me to download each page. With 1927 pages in my website, that wasn't an option.
