any more chips from casinos having our convention on it

I notice, being a new member every year a casino issued chips for the convention. I am told the NGC does not like this? Is there a reason? Casinos issue chips for almost any reason these days to profit from them so why not our club? Just trying to learn a little history from the elders here.
