I have a little further info on Ray T Magnum.

Some more info on the RTM. In April 1942 Mangum describes himself as living in Albany, Alameda Co., CA and employed by Harold Lavick at the address 3921 Adeline St., Emeryville, CA. Although he doesn’t say that he was employed at the Yosemite Club, that’s the address of the place and the name of the owner.

Larry Odoms info above puts Mangum in Emeryville in 1936.
It is possible he was working both the 333 Club and Yosemite Club at the same time.
