Without benefit of TCR #12, I would suspect that your light blue chip is a sibling to (a table mate of) E4792 (in mustard), E3627 (in orange) and E3628 (in red). Other than color, all 3 are identical to your light blue version.

If this color is new to the TCR authors, it might explain why it is not listed in TCR #11.
