Bill, what I find interesting about your example..

is that it appears to be very worn! Basically, it is a business card chip and perhaps a salesman carried it in his pocket for quite some time.

Value is in the eye of the person that wants it, but at a minimum you could start off at the same value you pegged for that CHIPCO sample, but only because it is very worn (or at least appears that way). If not worn, then value can be increased triple or more!
