I have been a long-time customer of South West and I cannot recall a time that they ever charged for changing reservations or flights.

In fact, for quite some time now, if you book electronically, you can change your flight all day long, for the life of the ticket (1-year) without a penalty or fee.

Obviously, I'm impressed with South West. They know what they are doing and they do it well.
