Archie, that chip is still a UFC. I do not know the origins, but it is found quite often in the mid-west area I live in. So I believe it origins would be around my neck of the woods. That said chips will travel, as did many of the KD chips from the Glenn Hotel in Newport, as they were used in boats going to Cuba as training for the casino employees, thus they show up from Cuba and Florida from time to time.

I'm hoping to find it's origin when I take a little trip for research this summer in Lawrence County Ohio. (dependent on my wife)

Big story about my wife, many know she is under hospice care at our home. She went into a deep sleep last week and was unresponsive for 5 days. No water nor food. She woke up and asked for a pizza, and since then has been drinking constantly. I had finished the funeral arrangements, but it seem now at least for the time being, I get some time with my wife again. It is just amazing.
