In ranking c&s, USPC is my choice over Burt. However in ranking USPC c&s I look for chips that are shown in the USPC "records".

Today Jim Myers sent me a chip (the center one) that fits both criteria. Plus it is my only lavender. These chips are Chicago illegals (it actually says Chicago on the chip) - and super rare (these are the only 3 I've seen)

I should mention that Jim sent the chip, not as the result of a sale or trade, but because he thought I needed it. Jim is a great guy. Of course I will offer Jim many times the value of the chip (something I wouldn't in a typical trade) if Jim is still collecting.
