A few from the Colorado club meeting today grin

Always happy to get some new stuff and some old stuff as well grin These 1st four are from the new rack at "Billy's Casino" in Cripple Creek. It orginally started as "Bronco Billy's" then expanded in the bldg. next door and opened "Buffalo Billy's" and now has expanded futher into the old Uncle Sam's and have named that "Billy's". Why you ask? Colorado permits gaming licenses based on square footage and the # of machines in that sq. footage depends on what type of licenese the casino is granted. In otherwords as the casino grows into other properties/addresses it is easier to license a new casino under a new name rather try to re-license all three addresses as one.
Companies or corporations are only able hold 3 gaming licenses in the state of CO.
I hope you're not as confused as I am but you get the point as to why you can be in seemingly the same building and yet pass through 3 different casinos?!?!?!?

Either one of these chips would make my nomination for "COTY"!!!

Two different mold NCV value chips from the Glory Hole in Central City. What is interesting about these chips is that originally they came as ordered with only the "Glory Hole/NCV" like the green ones like these Steve P. posted a while back. Per CO gaming regulations the chip must have both the casino name and city listed on the chip. These were apparently sent back to re-hot stamped with Central City on them on one side only, another CO chip mystery?!?!? But you can clearly see the difference in the stamps and style.

A four piece NCV set from Harrah's which occupied the Glory Hole building after the Glory Hole (above chips) closed. I've never seen a pink unicorn that can hold it's color??!?!?
