Speaking of casinos in trouble...

Has anyone heard any stories about Penn National? I stay at Hollywood in Tunica a lot and they have been headed downhill for the last 8 months. Late last year they changed their check-in policy and won't allow anyone in before 3 PM whereas before I would always check in at noon with no problem. Then early this year they closed the diner for most of the week so the only place to eat was the buffet or steak house. Then thay laid off a bunch of employees including maids and poker room staff. Last trip they had gotten rid of their high hand and aces cracked bonuses even though they are still collecting money for bonuses (they do still have the bad beat). This week when I called to make a reservation no one ever answered the phone even though I hung on for 10 minutes 3 times. Finally talked to the switchboard operator who ended up taking my reservation. Is this a casino in trouble or what?
